Fried Artichokes, Baby Lettuce and Ricotta Toast, Scallops, Pork Chop, Cara Cara Margarita, and Salted Caramel Donuts @ Colonie, Cobble Hill, Brooklyn. Make sure you sit at the bar along the open kitchen in the back, and make sure you try the deep-fried artichokes, possibly the best faux-street food I’ve had in a sit-down restaurant. Next time I’m trying the sticky-date cake.
