Make a beeline for Kelvin’s as soon as you get there, and then enjoy nature’s own ecstasy as you walk around with your frozen concoction, deciding on your main courses. Lumpia Shack is new, and as someone who has had lumpias grilled by a friend’s Filipino mom in her backyard, I promise you they fit the bill. If you have no idea what a lumpia is, think flautas but much more interesting.
